I just received this but so far it works very well and seems to be of sturdy build quality. I can't say anything about longevity but if something changes i will surely update my review accordingly. I know some people mentioned the pads that comes with the unit aren't very sticky but as for the ones I received that is not a problem at all. I did purchase some alcohol wipes to clean the area of application and they stuck like glue lol. I'd urge anyone having problems with stickiness to try this as well which is what it recommends in the directions anyways. I also wanted to mention the carrying case which is very nice too. This honestly imo seems like a great bargain for the price and most importantly it helps with my severe lower back pain so I do recommend this product for anyone trying to find relief.

Works as well as the professional units at my physical therapy. It cold have better instructions in the manual explaining the settings but thru trial and error I figured thing out. I had to give it 5 out of 5 because it really delivers and the rechargeable feature beats having to keep batteries on hand. The charge level indicator is a great feature so you know whether you have enough power to complete your session. It's a convenient size, rugged enough, easy to adjust while it's operating. Overall best value I've seen for this type of device.

This is the one. I have had seven TENS/EMS units, and this one has everything I want.First, like all Auvon units I've used, it has the option to run without a time limit. (That's the "C" setting when you adjust the timer.)Second, it's fully customizable. It gives you eight basic patterns (steady without gaps, bursts without gaps, modulation without gaps, then five others I haven't really played with). Within those basic patterns, you can adjust the frequency and width to get exactly the feeling you want.And third, this has an incredible battery. I ran it eight and a half hours straight, starting with 5 bars and ending with 3 bars remaining.It isn't the prettiest design, but I don't care. It has dials on top under a clear hinged lid, which I assume will break the first time I drop it, but whatever. The lid is superfluous. The dials are nice. I prefer those over buttons. The electrodes plug into the bottom, which maybe isn't ideal. Operation is simple. Press Mode to choose the basic pattern. Then press Set to highlight Frequency, Width or Time to make adjustments. Then use arrows to move up or down. The dials on top make the current stronger or weaker. The operation is excellent. No shocks or anything like that. Stock up on pads. This doesn't come with many.

I have been using tens units on and off for 30 years and they were supplied by insurance companies at prices of $3200 and $2600 and the second one didn't even have modes or intensity diles. I just recently bought this unit and was blown away with the price first off, then I used it and was Very Surprised how well it worked. You can also hookup 4 pads at a time.. some only have 2. It's also compatible with my previous electrod pads which made me happy also, plus the charge last for like 60hrs on 1 charge and it has a built in belt clip. Very impressed and for the price... It's a win win.. Note: it only comes with 4 sets (8) sticky electrod pads.. so order them extra when ordering your unit. Hope this helped.

I got this to replace my previous TENS that was still working but the connectors had deteriorated, so not worth replacing just the parts.This machine works well, is relatively easy to control, and seems it should last a long while. It came with double the amount of pads so I suspect I won't need to replace them for awhile as long as I keep them clean. Just a tip: be sure to keep the connectors clean and DRY, which is why my previous connectors began deteriorating (got slightly wet and didn't dry enough before storing). And don't let anyone else use your machine. Always a big regret.Only 4 stars because, even at the highest level, it still wasn't quite the current I expected, slightly lower than my previous machine that was smaller and less robust. But still works well and not enough of a difference to go to the trouble of sending back.

This product helped me during the acute pain that I experienced in my lower back.

After long research on this and 4 other models this one beat out battery life out of the others. I needed one so bad im pretty sore and stiff most days after a hard workout. The Quality is amazing and the modes all are amazing, me personally I love to crank it up on a high setting and could fall asleep with this on so glad shuts off after 20min. Love that the unit is small bring this with me on errands. Stress just melts aways. I'm glad spare pads are sold separately my husband gonna need his own these are mine.

Works great. A very good value. One complaint. The pads are very sticky and make it difficult to apply to the appropriate area. I have used other pads that had a small none sticky tab that you could grip while applying.
