Good deal on a nice bike!
It makes me happy there are people who will return a bike because of little fender dents/scrapes and people who return bikes because assembly is too challenging. Those folks supply Amazon Warehouse with the heavily discounted items I'll gladly buy.The Huffy Fairmont 26" Ladies Cruiser bike I ordered (for my Mom) and received promptly from Amazon Warehouse was exactly what I expected. I'm assuming the previous customer partially (unsuccessfully) assembled this prior to returning it. It had a couple fender dings and minor paint scrapes on the frame. One tire was inflated and buldged off the rim, but that was NOT a defect! It was simply sloppy assembly. It took me a little under an hour to un-ding and align the fenders, adjust and regrease the overly tight wheel bearings, properly center and reinflate the tires (NO LEAKS at all after 4 days), secure the coaster brake arm in the correct position, install the handlebars, and assemble and adjust the seat.I don't normally ride ladies bicycles, but I had to take this one for a test ride around the block. This is definately an upright seated CRUISER bike. Very solid feeling frame, easy to pedal, and silky smooth ride. I really LIKE the lower frame step-through design. Good for light exercise and light grocery shopping (once a rear rack and front basket are installed).I am 5'10" and with the seat near maximum height the pedals were still a little closer than ideal for me... IF I were riding for more than a couple miles. However, the seat adjustment range should be perfect for Mom :-)I remember reverse pedal coaster brakes from my youth (>50 years ago). The coaster brake on this bike works just fine, but it may seem weak for those used to high performance disc brakes. This is NOT a high performance racing bike. A single gear and coaster brake make it VERY SIMPLE to adjust, ride, and maintain.I am very pleased with this purchase and can recommend this bike for its intended end users.

Classic Style
I have arthritis in my knees and my physical therapist recommended that I go bicycling. I've been riding the Huffy Cruiser Bike for a week now and I'm extremely satisfied. It offers a smooth and comfortable ride, and its stylish design makes it a joy to ride. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, eye-catching cruiser bike!

Do not buy this bike
My daughter has had this bike for a little over 2 years and I should have written this review sooner. We have had 2 of these bikes and I cannot recommend to anyone to purchase this bike. The first one arrived damaged beyond repair and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to return it. I was never given a return label and it took a few phone calls but I eventually got a replacement sent and I was not charged for the first one. Thank you Amazon. The second bike arrived undamaged but we have had multiple bad experiences with it. The last one occured yesterday and I am in the process of attempting to repair it. One of the pedals came off and even though I am a very handy guy, trying to put it back on has become a bit of a nightmare. The threads are stripped and so I am going to have to re=thread both the pedal and the crank and hopefully the pedal will stay on. Huffy used to be a decent mid-range, affordable bicycle but clearly their build quality has fallen way off. I had a Huffy when I was a kid, approx. 38 years ago and it held up nicely. I still remember the yellow mag wheels contrasting against the black frame and thinking how cool it looked. I could not afford a Mongoose no matter how many lawns I cut and my parents were not going to buy me one. I was pleased with the Huffy then, but I am less than pleased with them now. This is one case where I should have bought a bike from my local indy shop and paid a little extra. I am sorry for ranting but I am so annoyed at this bike that I felt it was necessary to share my experience so others can avoid this Huffy hell that I am in!! Have a good day and do not buy this bike.

Gets the job done.
Comfortable man sized bike. I'm 5'9 200 and it fits me great. Very easy to assemble with tools provided. Of course you'll need to air the tires

Nice quality for the money.
The bike itself is great - though both fenders were dented in transit and one fender bolt was missing. Contacted Huffy and they’re sending replacement parts. Hopefully they’re not also damaged in shipping.

Disappointed
Very pretty color. 26". I think I might be returning it. I'm going to give it a couple more short neighborhood rides. Seat will not stay up. Can't raise it at all. Also very hard to get it in the right tilt position. Front wheel is a little wobbly. This is making the handlebars a little shaky. Fender braces are very thin and rattle. It's very heavy so you need a lot of power to get it going. Hard to even go up the slightest road incline. I'm just not sure about it. It was not what I expected from this brand. Maybe they have better tec for boys bikes? I was so excited to get this bike. But I am not sure I would ride it as much as I was planning the way it is. I would not recommend this size for anyone under 5'4"...except you can't raise the seat! We tried everything. The neck bolt will not get tight enough to hold it up once your sitting on it. Pretty bummed .Edit....I am returning it. It just does not preform well. Always fighting the wobble. Seat not comfortable. Way too heavy

Build it yourself.
The product itself is very good for the price. Rides smooth, very comfortable seat, and it looks as good as the pictures. However it was prebuilt pretty poorly. The chain was too tight and the rear tire was crooked compared to the forks. It was giving an awful cranking sound 2x for every single pedal rotation and rubbing the tire on the fenders.I fixed that and the bike rides well, but the tires deflate once a week. The tire itself says 40 psi, but it regularly falls to 20 psi.So yeah, after reinstalling the rear wheel properly and replacing 2 bike tubes on a brand new bike, it's a great product. You just might wanna check it over first before you trust their build quality.
