I had been taking Dr. Bergs formula with these vitamins to help with my blood pressure, but Dr. Berg is expensive and these aren't. However, after taking them for a couple of days I developed intense migraine headaches that got worse and worse over the course of 2 weeks. I finally stopped taken them all together and it took one more week for the headaches to go away. They were debilitating, it would hurt just to open my eyes. I'm back on Dr. Berg, the extra costs is worth feeling 100 percent.
