This is an excellent product. As a result of this product, I have no cramping, I sleep more soundly and I have the best bowel movements ever.

These capsules are not huge but they’re normal size. They help my wife sleep as she takes two before bed. The quality is good as she sleeps well. Price wise they are worth it and we trust the quality so price isn’t as big an issue. She has never complained about taste.Since she sleeps well she has more energy which is the point of the capsules.Well worth it.

Best magnesium I have found

Used to help prevent leg cramps while sleeping after heavy exercise days.

I have been taking one to two of these each night to help with sleep and muscle health and have found that it improves my sleep significantly without any GI side effects. I don't always stick with supplements, but this one is a 100% take. We have kids, so, for a while we were sharing a can of Calm gummies with the kids that are the citrate version of magnesium, but found that this could cause some stomach issues to pop up when taking every day. I liked these enough to recommend them to my mom when she started having restless legs and sleep issues. She is taking them consistently and getting relief from her restless legs. Note, it wasn't a silver bullet for her problem, but a huge help the majority of the time.

I have a family member who takes these who has lots of health issues. He really feels they are making a difference! They are odorless, tasteless and a decent size. He is able to swallow them easily. These are also very high quality vitamins!
