These are the only sodium tabs I’ve been able to tolerate. I’m not sure why exactly, but I tried two other cheaper brands and they made me feel so sick. I have POTS and need 5-8g of sodium daily. When I start having symptoms I can take 3-4 of these with 16-32oz of water and feel better within 30 minutes. I was drinking lmnt, which I also like, but I’m often nauseous and the flavors don’t always agree with me. These have made it so much easier for me to stay on top of my salt and fluid needs. I find they help me stay hydrated because I feel thirstier when I take them (which makes sense considering the amount of salt I’m taking, but with the nausea, drinking enough can be difficult and these have helped significantly). I definitely recommend these! I just wish their price was better. Seems a little crazy to spend almost $50 on less than a months worth of salt supplements.

These are a godsend for my POTS. I take 2 at a time with a lot of water and it helps my symptoms so much. It’s hard to find anything with this high of a sodium dosage that doesn’t hurt my stomach. Plain salt tabs WRECK my stomach but these do not whatsoever. They are a staple for helping with my POTS!

Unfortunately these did not help with POTS in this case and they are very expensive.
