Bitter German witchcraft in a portable package. Essential.
Frankly, I am addicted to these sharp little aromatic bombs. The flavor of Underberg is difficult to describe, but think a Jagermeister and Amaro blend that actually tastes good. Slightly oily on the tongue with a sharp and eye-opening herbal bitterness that fades right along with the blast of hot alcohol, leaving a pleasing warm fresh sensation behind. Underberg really DOES work as stomach-settler and palate-cleanser, and I suspect also as a drink-enabler. For some reason after a few drinks and a single bottle of this, I am absolutely ready to drink MORE. I'm unsure exactly what German devilry is at work here, but I do know I want more of it. So will you. I use it on flights, at home after meals and even sip on this in movie theaters. Additionally,I usually have a brace stashed in my glove box for emergencies. Underberg also doubles as a decent breath-freshener in a pinch. Is there anything it can't do??Bonus Game: collect the caps and turn them in for sweet Underberg kipple you absolutely don't need, but do want!
