Even though there is no resistance in the “squish,” the tentacles and glitter make these toys pretty satisfying to play with.

Our child has had some strong emotions but doesn't respond well to the deep breathing method. We were looking for something and came across these to give them a try. While it's not the only thing we're doing to try to overcome her frustrations, it's become a point of comfort for her. I'd suggest using these in that way, but they're also just fun to squish while bored.

Bought for sons birthday who loves squishy toys, these were super fun and glittery on the inside which he enjoyed. Eyeballs did not last super long so that was a bummer- but still is a favorite in the house.

I bought these octopus squishy toys 4 days ago and they were great! Until tonight when I was doing what it was made to do and that's squeeze! The blue octopus exploded all over me!!!! I don't know if the liquid inside is toxic or not? So to be safe.... I washed my shirt and took a shower because glitter was all over my neck, chest and arms.I'm just extremely blessed that it was nowhere near my phone. My phone is NOT waterproof and I would have been devastated if something happened to it!!!!I'm not sure if this is a fluke or not? So just to be on the safe side.... I threw away the other 2 octopuses as well. I can't take a chance on another explosion!!!!****BUYER BEWARE****It can explode. I recommend you purchase cautiously.... especially around kids and pets.
