An Essential Item in this Modern Day and Age - Buy It
Still rocking a Samsung Galaxy S6 and even though I personally replaced its battery with a genuine replacement. I seem to find that with its internal 2500mAh battery it struggles to provide power for the phone when i am out and about and away from a charger for the day. With my usual daily routine, I commute by car to work so the phone is always plugged in charged whilst navigating and when I am in the office the phone is occasionally on my wireless pad charging. On days where I am away from the charger for a day you really have to be careful with how you use the phone. Some will say, just buy a new phone, however even new phone's battery capacity average around only 3500 mAh which will struggle to provide a day's worth of powerThe exception maybe perhaps the flagship like the s20 ultra with its mega 4500 mAh battery. However this phone is over £1000 so out of most people's reach.I needed a battery bank for those extended periods away from the charger whilst being reasonably priced too. There are so many offerings out there, however being lithium Ion battery technology there are many safety concerns. If the internal battery is poorly managed, it can result in overheating and exploding batteries. This is where Anker springs to mind, after reading many reviews, their battery banks seems well priced and very reliable.I opted for the 10,000mAh version, which comes similar sized to the actual galaxy S6 phone. With its capacity, it can charge the phone 3 times, therefore perfect for those extended periods away from a charger.I managed to wait for one of those offer days and bagged it for £17.Upon arrival, I was very pleased at the build and quality of the battery bank. It comes very nicely packaged too.The included cable is of great quality and not a cheap Chinese cable that will last a few weeks. It also features a small LED indicator showing its current charged capacity which is a nice touch. The bank also featured power IQ and voltage boost charging. This was very noticeable when charging my galaxy S6, it charged much faster than the original 2 amp output wall charger. This was quite a surprise.I have now used this on many occasions, and it is a godsend from those extended periods away from the charger. It can also just about fully charge my Samsung tablet (TAB S - t800 model), this tablet has a 8000 mAh internal battery.Pretty impressive.Granted it is alittle bulky to carry around, ideally suited to place in a jacket pocket in winter. However during the summer periods you literally have to pocket it in your jeans, but being pretty slim its not too bad and worth it considering the benefits it gives.Purchased in De 2019 and still going strong to this day (Aug 2020)You can get various versions for your requirements, micro USB, USB C version and lighting connector version for Apple. They also do smaller versions if you feel this type is abit to big.A great reliable brand and a highly recommended purchase.

Reliable and Compact Power Bank with Excellent Customer Support
The Anker Power Bank 313 Portable Charger (PowerCore Slim 10K) is a well-designed and dependable power bank that has quickly become an essential item in my daily routine. Its 10000mAh capacity provides more than enough power to keep my devices charged on the go, and the slim, lightweight design makes it easy to carry in a bag or pocket without being cumbersome. One of the standout features is the PowerIQ charging technology, which delivers a fast and consistent charge for my iPhone and other devices. I’ve also used it to charge a Samsung Galaxy phone, and the results have been equally impressive. It’s versatile, straightforward to use, and seems built to last, which aligns with Anker’s reputation for quality. What really sets this experience apart, though, is the exceptional customer service I received. After posting a negative review of another product, the manufacturer reached out to address my concerns and provided clear, helpful communication throughout. Their willingness to listen and resolve issues left a positive impression and encouraged me to try this power bank. I’m happy to report that it has exceeded my expectations.Overall, this power bank strikes a great balance between practicality, performance, and thoughtful design. Combined with Anker’s excellent customer support, it’s a product I feel confident recommending to anyone looking for a reliable portable charger.

The pros and cons of a simple and sleek power bank.
This Power Bank is a 10000mAh battery pack that can charge your devices quickly and safely. It has a sleek and durable design, high-speed charging technology, and a low-power mode for emergencies. In this review, I'll go over the pros and cons of the Power Bank, as well as the reasons to buy or avoid it and give my final verdict.~~~ Pros ~~~1- Slim and lightweight design: The Anker Power Bank is one of the slimmest and lightest 10000mAh power banks on the market. It measures 5.9 x 2.7 x 0.6 inches and weighs only 7.4 ounces, making it easy to carry around in your pocket or bag. It also has a scratch-resistant matte finish that gives it a premium look and feel.2- High-speed charging technology: The Power Bank features Anker's exclusive PowerIQ and VoltageBoost technologies, which combine to deliver the fastest possible charge for any device. It can charge an iPhone 12 up to 50% in just 30 minutes, or a Samsung Galaxy S20 up to 40% in the same time. It also has a USB-C port that supports both input and output, allowing you to charge the power bank or your devices with the same cable.3- Low power mode: It has a unique feature that lets you switch to a low power mode by pressing the power button twice. This mode reduces the output voltage to 5V/2A, which is suitable for charging low-power devices like Bluetooth headphones, smartwatches, or fitness trackers. This can help you save battery life and avoid overcharging your devices.~~~ Cons ~~~1- No fast charging support: The Anker Power Bank does not support any fast charging protocols like Quick Charge, Power Delivery, or Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging. This means that it cannot charge some devices at their maximum speed, especially those with larger batteries like tablets or laptops. If you need a power bank that can charge your devices faster, you might want to look for one that supports fast charging standards.2- No integrated cables: It does not come with any built-in cables or adapters. You'll need to use your own cables to connect your devices to the power bank, which can be inconvenient if you forget them or lose them. Some power banks have integrated cables or magnetic connectors that make them more convenient and portable.3- Limited additional features: It does not have any extra features like LED indicators, flashlights, wireless charging, or multiple outputs. It only has one USB-A port and one USB-C port for charging your devices, and a four-LED battery level indicator. It also does not have any safety features like overcharge protection, short circuit protection, or temperature control.~~~ Reasons to buy ~~~- You want a power bank that is slim and lightweight for easy portability- You want a power bank that can charge your devices quickly and safely with high-speed technology- You want a power bank that has a low power mode for charging low-power devices~~~ Reasons to avoid ~~~- You want a power bank that supports fast charging protocols for faster charging- You want a power bank that has integrated cables or adapters for convenience- You want a power bank that has more additional features or safety features~~~ Conclusion ~~~The Anker Power Bank is a reliable and compact power source that can charge your devices quickly and safely. It has a slim and lightweight design, high-speed charging technology, and a low-power mode for emergencies. However, it does not support fast charging protocols, it does not have integrated cables or adapters, and it does not have any extra features or safety features. If you're looking for a simple and affordable power bank that can charge your devices on the go, the Bank is a good choice. But if you're looking for something more advanced or versatile, you might want to look elsewhere.
