I love these bowls. Use them almost every day. They keep things hot. The lids sometimes come apart after a while but I couldn’t live without them.

It is perfect thing in perfect budget.Shape, color, design is good.Keep the food temperature as it is for at least 5-6 hours as described.

I bought this because I was making side dishes for Thanksgiving and had to travel an hr. I didnt want to have to bother my host with reheating. These worked perfectly. My sides were still warm when we arrived I fit a little less than 5 cups of mash potatoes and butternut squash into each.

These Thermo Dishes are very nice but as far as keeping things hot, not very good. I did as instructed and put very hot water in then about 20 min, dumped the water, put my hot food in it set it on the table and in 45 min. is was only warm. Works good for cold food. So, I think their ok but not great.

I couldn't tell by the description but took a chance that the picture depicted two containers. I am happy to report that there are two containers with lids in the box. Very good value.

These were purchased specifically for bringing food to a tailgate party - baked brie to be exact. Not only were these the perfect size, they also kept the brie hot for hours. Only when we had to open the lid to serve did the contents cool - which is to be expected on a November fall day.

Do not buy from this seller. I ordered the turquoise set of 2. The box was dusty and the small piece of tape to keep it shut was yellow. Clearly these bowls are stored in an unsafe and unkempt area. It stunk of mold/mildew, as if it were sitting in Barbara’s attic for the past three years. When I pulled out the bowls, they had brown dirt on them and had taken on the stinky odor as well. I quickly put them back into their box and even into the Amazon shipping box and am returning it immediately.Also, the bowls are tiny. When I bought them I referenced the picture of the bowls placed on the picnic table with the family all smiling and such. They seemed like a decent size, like for a salad serving bowl for multiple people. They are not. They are more the size of a side salad. Like a regular bowl. Not helpful for casseroles or anything of the sort. I would have kept them to use for lunches if they hey weren’t so gross.

This bowl keeps food warm for 4-6 hrs. It is easy to clean and durable as long as you follow the care instructions. It's definitely useful if are dining outside or for a picnic.

I purchased this item with view to taking hot food into hospital for a relative, which had been approved by the hospital. I only had to travel for 30 mins yet the hot food was only slightly warm when I arrived. I had followed the instructions re pre-heating the dishes, twice on my second time of using them in case I hadn't done it correctly the first time, yet to no avail. The dishes look beautiful and would probably work very well for salads given that they don't keep food hot for very long.
