was a great fit...after having problems with generic for my pit boss

The item was well made. I just installed it on a Pit Boss 820, which really doesn't need one as it comes with one welded onto the barrel itself. However, my Pit Boss heat deflector rusted and no longer held the drip pan, so I got this one in the hopes it would fit.It fit perfectly and I was able to set this deflector on top of the old bracket's mounting plate and the magnet holds it in place against the old bracket (what is left of it, anyway).I also used the screws that came with it to keep it attached to the deflector plate so that it was more rigid than it would have been just sitting on top of the old rusted bracket.

The heat shields are too small for the Pit Boss 1100. I didn't try the burners

Works great but the bad is that you have to replace to soon

The heat plates/heat deflectors are a few millimeters longer that the OEM ones so I had to bend the metal tabs down to get them to sit flat like they should. Otherwise, very good quality.Be aware that the screws that remove the old burner tubes may not come out for you. Mine were caked in grease and due to years of heat, the head stripped out immediately when trying to remove them. I had to drill all three out and then use stainless, self-tapping screws where the old screws were to attach the new ones.
