I like that this product is sugar free and as far as sugar free products go, it tastes great (I do like the taste of lemon though). The little bit of fat in the mix seems to help with curbing appetite and I like the flavor it adds to it. It does contain milk, most likely because of the Natural Flavors ingredient on the label. Overall a great product.

As far as rehydration mix-ins go this one is ok. The lemon flavor is more of just a kind of general sourness(?) I can't really explain it. It's not an artificial lemon flavor and it's not overpowering, though I did mix this into a 32oz cup so it may taste completely different in the suggested water amount on the packet. The taste is that typical ocean-y salty taste you get from rehydration mixes but that's to be expected since it's got more sodium in it than other water flavorings. Overall I feel that it did what it says it should and while I couldn't drink more than one of these a day, I did finish it so it wasn't terrible.

I’m always looking for new products to try, especially if they don’t include aspartame or other artificial sweeteners. This one does use Stevia but my body tend to tolerate that at least. You get 10 electrolyte packets in a lemon flavor, which isn’t awful but I’m not in love with it either. But you do get a lot of vitamins and minerals in each packet and it does tend to keep me full and hydrated.

I like these electrolytes the best. I feel better and can feel the difference after taking. Highly recommend.

I was about to put one of these into my water bottle for the first time and as I was doing so read the statement that it contains dairy. This is very odd to me, because I have never seen an electrolyte drink contain dairy. I would expect to see a dairy statement on some protein drinks but never and electrolyte one. Sometimes companies that use equipment that is not dedicated will add a statement that says "may contain", due to shared equipment and cross contamination. But, this says "contains". As there are no dairy containing ingredients that I can tell, I decided to not use this product. I don't think it is safe to use products that do not have provide correct information.
