Best 120mm Fan I've used so far, in terms of performance
Noctura has been touted for years as one of the best PC fans out there. But I've only recently started using them regularly, as their old color scheme was so ugly in most builds. This two tone grey was lighter than I expected, but still worked well in the aesthetic of the builds I bought them for. I wish they offered black shells with white fan blades. But the performance of this fan is fantastic! I'm using them in Fractal Design Define C cases. I chose high pressure fans to overcome the filters and more restrictive intake areas of this case, and after only some experience with them, I'm very impressed. At a 50% PWM duty cycle, they run about 720RPMs and are nearly dead silent, but you can really feel them moving some air, even through the filters. There is basically no bearing or motor noise at these speeds. Once I go over 50% duty cycle, they become slightly audible, but it's mostly the air movement noise, no buzz/whine, etc.I still have to put these fans through their paces, but I'm really impressed by the quality!I have 2 complaints, however:- The cable, while very nice for a PC fan is very nice, is a little short. 2 to 3 extra inches would have really helped get the fans connected to the headers I wanted to use.- The fans don't come with any rubber grommets, which I was expecting at this price point and quality level. It appears Noctura sells them separately. But overall, this is probably the best 120mm fan I've encountered so far in performance terms.

Noctua quality - Nice price.
I bought two of these to round out my PC case and make sure it has airflow coming in and going out. My case is an older NZXT Source 210 and if you are familiar with that case you might know the front panel has somewhat limited air inlets. So much so that when I first installed these fans (set to full speed because I do not yet have a 4 pin extension splitter cable long enough to add PWM functionality from the motherboard) the noise level was not too bad with the front panel off. When I put the front panel back on, however, there was a pretty significant jump in noise due to the design of the front panel on this case. Now if you were to run these fans at about 60 or 70 percent on the same case, the added noise would be pretty negligible. And I mostly blame it on my case because it is definitely not the greatest front panel design in the world. I sort of fixed this a bit by removing the front panel and using some snippers to remove a lot of the unnecessary plastic barriers that were simply impeding airflow. That did help some on airflow but the noise level is still a bit more than I would like. However, I knew that having two 120mm fans spinning at 1200 RPM in my case was not going to be all that quiet. My primary reason for buying these was that the fans I had in there were old and of much lower quality than pretty much any Noctua fan and one of them would occasionally get very noisy and I'd have to remove it and take it apart and re-lubricate the bearing. I know from experience that Noctua fans last and pretty much never get noisier than they were when new and that is exactly what I want. I want nothing but Noctua fans in my PC and now I have that. The price on these is great. The RPMs are low enough to where you can run them at full speed without the noise level being terrible and they're fast enough to move a decent amount of air at that speed. I did buy another Noctua 120mm fan and it's speed is 1700 RPMs at full speed so I really have no choice but to run it in PWM mode. Which is a bit annoying because in PWM mode it's speed never goes above about 900 RPM. Which isn't what I want (I want at least 1100). So, since these budget Noctua fans do not come with any low noise adapters like the more expensive models, it's PWM or buy a fan controller that will give you exactly the speed you want.Overall, I really couldn't be happier though. I will probably eventually buy a four pin splitter but I do already have them hooked up to a fan controller. I just kind of had my hopes on getting that fan controller out of my case because it adds a significant amount of wire clutter.

Great Fan
Noctua makes some of the best computer case fans out there. Highly recommend these fans to anyone who needs more fans or wants to replace the ones that came with their case. Made with high quality materials, these fans look and feel great. They are virtually silent and always work as expected. Added this to a SFF case that didn't have a fan and the results were great. Everything ran at lower temps and this fan is silent.

Excellent quality, quiet with good airflow
Noctua never disappoints me. The product is excellent, super quiet and the airflow is good. I was expecting a stronger airflow but it is enough for the purpose and I prefer the quietness.

Better than most but should come with vibration dampening pads.
These are quieter than most for the size and air flow. But they are designed to use Noctua's vibration dampening pads (not included). Why not included??

Best Case Fans Ever
My favorite case fans ever. Affordable and super high quality. Not only does it perform well, but the build quality is unmatched. Highly recommend for case intake and exhaust fans only. For CPU/GPU/Radiator fans, Noctua makes different kinds. Check out their Buying Guide on their website to find which fan is best for you.

The Noctua Hype is real.
These are great!I started out with my case's stock fans - it's an NZXT s340, so whatever comes stock with those. Upgraded to Corsair AF120s. They were a decent improvement. Swapped those out for these guys - BIG improvement! I saw my temps go way down and they're whisper quiet too.As a plus: cables come pre-sleeved. Looks nice, although the sleeving material is a bit sticky/tacky. But it's better than the unsleeved ketchup & mustard cables a lot of fans have. Also, call me crazy, but...even the screws they include are better than most fans. They're nice self-tapping ones. Most other fans I've tried have just used "standard" (non self-tapping) screws and they're harder to install and keep the screw going in straight. These ones are super nice. I know that's probably a weird thing to point out/notice, but it was really noticeable when installing the fans how much nicer the screws were. Haha.Anyways. I'll be buying more Noctua's VERY soon. Love it.
