We shampoo and we condition. Our hair as we age needs extra care. I add to my scalp, and hair. Do a steam treatment with it on. Let it sit on my updo hair for at least 4 hours before asking my hair.

Love my skin with this oil
Purchased this Organic Pumpkin oil to add to our cat colony's food and treats. While it's not "food grade", both hubby and I ingested it before adding to kitty food. All was fine for us so the fur-babies are getting it to combat intestinal parasites.I also love how my skin feels when I use this oil. Quickly absorbs into skin, and lasts all day. I'm especially impressed with results on my face. I've been struggling to keep my face hydrated, normally use Dermalogica ($$$) but after using Pumpkin Oils I'm going to save so much on skin care!

No where in the description or photos does it state that it has a P65 warning on it. Don’t buy this product, of course unless you don’t care about heavy metals or harmful chemicals.
