Easily replaced the original chair battery that died after 8 years. Appreciate the new, snap lock that holds the charger connections while charging. The old one didn’t have that so it fell off frequently if the chair was moved while recharging. Working great! Fast shipping.

(see update below) I am going to withhold saying much more until we've given this a few cycles. I also ordered another one, different brand and slightly different model, a couple weeks earlier. For instace, this one just has amber light on it, the other one has a voltage and % remaining display. That pack only lasts 3ish days which is completely unacceptable.I am hoping we get weeks out of this pack.Stay tuned!(Update) Junk. Battery lost charge two days in a recliner that literally was used once. Not worth the money.(Update #2 - it is more of a PITA to use this battery than it is to just leave your recliner plugged in. CANNOT recommend this at all)

Unless our sofa recliner is a power hog, this battery pack does not last very long. Needs to be charged weekly.

This is a total gamechanger for us! No more wires running across the room, and the charge really lasted a long time! A MUST HAVE for anyone with electric reclining chairs in the middle of a room!

I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of downsides that caused me to drop to 4. The first downside is that the battery does not have a fuel gauge on it to tell you percent of charge. One of the competitive batteries out on the market has that but it is a bit more expensive. The battery also has very short connection wire to the recliner, with my recliner that won't work. So for me, the Y cable gets used to make the battery work. I will add though that with the included Y cable and power supply, if the battery ran out of power you would be able to both charge the battery and use the recliner at the same time.Overall, for the price, I do recommend this battery cable power supply combo. As of yet though, I do not have enough usage time to give an estimate of the battery life. Given my experience with other batteries like this, I expect to not have to recharge the battery for several months. If the charge time is not to my satisfaction, I will come back and edit this review.
