Does this give you a nice, close shave, if you shave often?

It shaved closer to my face than other 2 shavers I had that was cost the same.

Ate there replacement blades for this?

As per the manufacturer manscaped the replacement blades should be available for purchase sometime around January of 2024 as they just released this item a few weeks ago and is one of their newer products

Yes it does, since I also use it to shave my head.
