Ordered this sign for my upcoming wedding. Initially I received a sign in a font I didn't want (I later learned that I should have double-checked the selected font instead of just relying on the mockup). I reached out to the seller about my issue and they kindly offered me a discount on a replacement, even though they made the first sign "as ordered." Both signs I received are great quality and I received them within two weeks of ordering. There are endless customization options, so you can really get anything you'd like. The RGB lighting is wonderful and also very customizable. I'm very happy with my sign. Incredible value for the money I spent.

I love our neon sign for our wedding! I contacted the seller asking them to send me a proof before creating and they emailed me one the next day. I am satisfied with my purchase but i am missing 1 bumper and 1 screw cover with my order. I am using it for our wedding so i do wish they would have sent all the parts. That was disappointing because i would have liked all the screws covered up and I’m worried the screw without the bumper will ruin the sign

We ordered this neon sign for our podcast at work. It was super easy to order and customize. It came in a very timely fashion, well wrapped and packaged for shipping. It was easy to hang with a couple of options. The hardware has nice screw covers, too! I especially love the remote that lets me dim the light. It's very bright in our small room, so this option helps us suit the sign for our needs. We are extremely pleased with how fun it is and the great color. I would highly recommend!

The neon light I ordered for my wedding came in very well packaged in bubble wrap. Shine's bright and looks very sleek, very satisfied with purchase. The letter quality came exactly as the font showed in selection, and is light weight, easy to operate and turn on. Also came with a removable control pack to change color and turn on and off with remote.
