Have had for a couple of years and still work great. Would highly recommend. Good cooling effect, easy to use, all day comfort but won’t last all day without charging. If you work in the heat, buy 2 and charge one while using other and you will get all day use. Airflow is very good. Quiet.

So far, so good 😊. I’ve only had my neck fan for a couple of days, but it has been working very well for me. I have MS, so I don’t tolerate heat well at all, and living in the South pretty much feels like the 9th circle of hell. I also have very thick medium length hair, so that alone can be problematic. Cooling down my neck in particular brings a lot of relief when I get too warm. I checked those table top air conditioner things, but that’d be like someone spitting on me at speed, non-stop, behind a fan. This seemed like a fair compromise. It’s just the right amount of cool, the fan is not too loud (I listen to audiobooks a great portion of the day), and I really appreciate my hair not flying all over my face or getting caught up in the tiny little fan blades. Super easy to charge, lightweight, and even cool feeling when not turned on and resting on the back of my neck. Great product so far, I just recommended to my youngest sister who turned 48 this year and will be skipping her way into menopause sooner rather than later… she’s REALLY gonna want something like this. Got this for the big Seattle heatwave and it definitely helped me get through it. The reason to choose a bladeless neck fan over a bladed one is so you can't get your hair or clothes (or fingers) caught in it. The blades are safely housed within the device itself. This type of fan is ideal for doing yard work or going to sporting events or other outdoor activities; anywhere it's likely to be hot out. It's also good for keeping you cool indoors. Overall, I like this device. It's a nice red color and lightweight enough to wear for hours. It's also comfortable to wear in bed or on the cough while reading or watching TV. My one complaint is the left fan motor in the unit I got is noisy; I have no idea if that will reduce its lifespan or if it's just a minor annoyance. Clearly, the fan's not supposed to be making that motor noise since the right one doesn't match it. Battery life is about 90 minutes on high, 2.5 hours on medium, and 4 hours on low, but low isn't strong enough to beat the heat, so I doubt you'll use it. Charge time is about two hours. This seems comparable to the bladed neck fans I own. If you're in a heatwave situation, you'll want to get two fans so you can use one while the other is recharging. Keep in mind that this is not an air conditioner; it only blows the air around you up into your neck and face. This fan only blows air up. Other companies make more expensive fans that blow air up and down and the most expensive claim to have a personal air conditioner cooling system. I was unaware of those at the time I bought this or might have chosen something higher end. Anyway, as a (relatively) cheap bladeless solution, this neck fan does the job. How long it lasts or if you get one with a noisy motor or other defect is a question mark. The packaging was good; it came with a USB cable and a nice cloth drawstring bag to carry the fan in. Hopefully, it lasts--but it already got me through the heatwave and beyond, so I guess I've already gotten my money's worth out of it.

I thought I was going to go nuts this past hurricane Milton that passed us in Tampa Bay and cut out my power for over a week leaving me without my precious AC. (Note- those who know me know that you do not mess with my family. My money or my AC!!!) Anyhow, I was about ready to call it quits and pack up into any direction I could to find a hotel with electricity and luckily Amazon was still delivering during this time and I gave this a go. IT IS A MIRACLE. This design specifically includes a metal plate that rests on the back of the neck to help further with comfort adjustability and it helps to considerably cool you better - in my opinion. My husband has one of the name brand original as seen on TV devices that is just like this and honestly this one is way better. He even ended up having me order him one and he donated his to a co-worker and his job who joins him in afternoon walks and needed something to help in this Florida heat considering she had long long hair. She's in 7th heaven at the moment, my hubby's happy and I know I was finally able to do something besides lay still in a dark room and hope for the energy to kick back on. I still use this and it is a versatile item that can be used anywhere, taken on the go, is fast to charge and holds a charge for quite a long time. I was very impressed and I still am and I would highly recommend this product. #BasikBlackApproved

The neck fan works and moves a decent amount of air. It is adjustable with a hinge in the back, however, there is no ability to lock it into place once adjusted so if you move around at all the fan will open back up to its widest setting and will shift around. An important note is that the metal plates at the back of the neck are NOT actively cooled. They are just metal plates. There is a mild cooling effect just because it’s cold metal when you put it on but this effect quickly dissipates and the metal becomes warm. The fans are quite noisy so you will not be able to have a conversation with anyone around you while the fans are on. The fan isn’t too heavy so it doesn’t get uncomfortable to wear but again it does easily shift around. For the price point is not a bad option and the inclusion of a display for fan speed and battery level is nice, though of course you can’t see this display once you’re wearing the fan. It is a bit bulky so it will be obvious to those around you that you have a big loud fan around your neck but the appearance is overall well designed so it doesn’t look awful to wear.

Not so heavy and comfortable to use

Works really well in the summer cause you're gatting little breeze um it's just a shame that the battery doesn't last a little bit longer but it is a great little fan especially for the price point.
