I bought this as a replacement charger for my old laptop, and it works exactly as expected. The 16 interchangeable tips make it super versatile, so I can use it with multiple devices, including an HP and a Lenovo laptop.Pros:Wide compatibility with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and more.Decent build quality with a sturdy cable that doesn’t feel cheap.Good power output at 90W, enough to charge most standard laptops.Plug and play, no issues with overheating or random disconnects.Cons:The adapter is a bit bulky compared to some original laptop chargers.Would have been nice if the tips were labeled more clearly for easier swapping.Overall, it’s a solid universal charger for the price. fantastic piece of kit, adapters to fit every computer.

I bought this because I was away for three weeks and has forgotten my charger. Excellent product. I shall leave it with my dad so other family members can use it as it fits many makes. To buy the products correct charger was £50 but this was £15 and works perfectly

The media could not be loaded. Charging is intermittent, I don’t know how to solve it

It works and charges the battery it fits snugly but still need to fidget with cable

The 12 connection options provided make this a very flexible power supply than can probably power most current laptops - I currently have an Alienware, a Lenovo and an old Dell Inspiron, and it powers and charges all of them. At this price point, it's a very useful item to have around, even if just as a spare in case an existing PSU fails - but also as a cheap replacement for a failed one.My one concern is that the product information on Amazon is a little misleading, quoting output voltages of 15V, 16V, 19V, 19.5V and 20V. The output voltage is NOT adjustable and is a fixed 19.5V. To be fair, the included instructions don't claim variable output voltage, it's just the Amazon documentation that seems misleading.I've subtracted 1 star for the output voltage claims, but happy to recommend it as a flexible and well-priced laptop PSU spare/replacement.

This comprehensive power supply was a useful alternative for my laptop, together with many plug fitting combinations to suit all devices is a very useful stand by for many devices…… worked a treat, not too expensive either.
