Great item easy to use comfort only thing it needs a big print instruction booklet has I cannot read book print to small other than that it's great

Charge up before use . Make a note of readings . Prefer this wrist measure to the traditional cuff monitor . Was easy to use by myself as need to monitor weekly .

False readings time after time.
A dangerously rubbish piece of kit. I A/B tested it against a proper NHS kit and not only did the readings vary wildly, they were consistently way under the proper figures. You could use this thing and think you’re fine when you’re very much not. Avoid at all costs.
