Great supplement

The reason for the 4 stars is because in the product page photos it has listed ingredients that are not on the bottle itself. I am assuming this is an error in the details on the product page and NOT an error in the bottle. It is worth noting though that the bottle does not have turmeric, black seed oil and quercetin listed.This is sea moss capsules. One serving is THREE capsules. There are 120 capsules in a bottle.This differs in that I have to take 3 capsules where most of the sea moss supplements I have tried are only 2 capsules.What I like about this is that it contains bladderwrack and burdock. It also contains Muira Puama. This is a new one for me and I had to look it up. The whole blend is 2000 mg per serving. It does NOT isolate how much of each are in a serving.Trying it out:I have been taking sea moss for about 3 years now. I started with the gel. The gel is great but it does get old quickly. I felt like I always was making it. The capsules are one of my favorite to take to get my sea moss. It is an exact dose. Since I am terrible at swallowing pills, I do break them open and add them to morning shake. I can't taste them or detect them in the shake.I took these for over a week. I found no change in how I felt. THIS IS A GOOD THING! For me, when I am trying a sea moss supplement that doesn't contain enough or is an inferior product, my body can feel it. This I feel great. I have also found myself to be a little more clear headed. I don't want to give credit to the Muira Puama but I am noting this.4 stars:I like this product. It seems to work for me. I feel great. It is an easy way to get my vitamins and minerals.

Great product for a good price

I honestly don't know if these work or not. I personally have not seen any dramatic effects take place since I've been taking them. My body may just be resistant to them or maybe something is taking effect but it just isn't noticeable to me. I won't give it a lower score because they can possibly very well work but for me they don't appear to.

I thought this was a good combination of supplements. We had been looking for a good sea moss supplement. The fact that this has a variety of other beneficial ingredients was a bonus! These were easy to swallow and there was no aftertaste or upset stomach. It’s reasonably priced, and you take two a day, so a 60 pill bottle will last a month. I didn’t notic any real difference which is either a great thing or a bad thing. I’m going with it’s a good thing that it didn’t make me feel any different, but you be the judge.
