Better then I imagined!
I have taken them for a couple weeks now, and I feel evergy again, and rarely even drink coffee anymore because of it!

Not bad for sleep, but not sure it actually lowers cortisol levels.
Not really sure it's lowering my cortisol, but it does help me get to sleep. I just wish when I wake up in the middle of the night that my cortisol wouldn't shoot up and cause my heart to beat faster and me to wake up, so I csn go back to sleep easier.

This is my second bottle but 1st bottle from this seller and they do NOT work like the first bottle.
