These are about 2 months worth of probiotics, I think it's too soon to give big feedback on them but so far I do feel better, less bloated. They're easy to swallow.

This supplement arrived in one 120 capsule bottle. The supplement comes in a fancy gold coloured capsule form with the capsule being approximately 20mm long and not too fat, so they're not difficult to swallow. Best taken with the main meal(s) of the day to maximise benefit. I took mine with breakfast and dinner, one per meal, thus satisfying the recommended 2 capsules per day serving.I’ve seen plenty of combination Prebiotic (fibre etc) + Probiotic (bacteria strains) supplements, but I’ve not seen too many that also include a third, key digestion aid in the form of Digestive enzymes. Such an inclusion makes this supplement one of the most comprehensive I’ve seen for gut health.Increasingly, we hear about the importance of the ‘Gut Biome’ in maintaining our health and immune system strength. To this end, I eat natural yogurt and sauerkraut, as well as drinking kombucha. These are all good sources of so called ‘Good Bacteria’ which are crucial for gut health, but I always wonder if there’s sufficient variety of good bacteria in my diet, so I was pleased to see this product with its good spread of varieties. There are 20 different ones. I especially like that there are 5 Bifido strains.The included enzymes cover the main food groups of Proteins (Bromelain, Papain), Carbohydrates(Amylase, Glucoamylase) and Fats (Lipase) as well as ‘cellulose’ – I think that’s a typo and they mean Cellulase, for breaking down cellulose.I've been taking them for the full two months that the 120 Capsule bottle allowed for, and I've not experienced any ill effects. This product may be a little more expensive than some other probiotic supplements, but it’s jam-packed with goodness: not only the comprehensive probiotic blend, but prebiotics, fruits, vegetables and digestive enzymes (and no additives). Plus, due to the amount of cultures, it’s quite a potent product. Whether one actually needs this amount of cultures on a daily basis is difficult to say, but they’re present anyway.The breakdown is:Lacto probiotic cultures - 100 billion CFUBifido probiotic cultures - 50 billion CFUOrganic prebiotic and fibre blend - 150 mgFruit and veggie blend - 50 mgDigestive enzymes - 150 mgThe capsules are the first gold-coloured capsules I’ve seen, which is quite a novelty, but are easy enough to swallow. However, they shouldn’t be taken with hot drinks, and ideally with food. I take them with my breakfast as an initial boost to the day.There’s plenty of information about what’s included and why on the product, which is great as it leads to a better understanding of the supplement. Strangely, it also mentions the natural sources probiotics and prebiotics are available from (which may lead to questions why a supplement is necessary when the cultures are freely available elsewhere), but it also states why the supportive elements help (and I suppose, how many of us daily consume these foods, and at least it’s good to have everything in one concentrated source).The fact that the capsules are formulated to survive the trip to the intestines is a good thing, as is the fact that the formula is designed to remain potent until the end of its shelf life. There’s good, quality markers here (including lab testing and GMP) so it’s a particularly worthy all-round probiotic supplement, and one of the most comprehensive I’ve seen. Perhaps a tad expensive to use year round, but could be useful for periodic boosts (or alternatively, two capsules don't always have to be taken if one suffices).
