Amazing product definitely noticed a difference from other products

I am a 57 year old male. I train on average 10 hrs per week for triathlon. Before buying any supplements I complete due diligence so I know they are well made, there are no fillers or unneccessary, unhealthy ingredients and as a consequence I am a big fan of LLS. I have taken multiple different products from LLS and will continue to use them. There delivery is fast and efficient. Their customer service is excellent. I recently questioned why one of thier products would be useful for me. I got a rapid and informed reply. I have been taking the Creapure for some time now. I take 2-3 capsules per day whether I'm training or not. If I have two challenging session a day I may take a further capsule before the 2nd session. I find my energy levels are nearly always good and I feel I recover very well [for my age:)] It's important for to say I have used Creatine before but every time I didn't get on with it as it caused me stomach issues. Occasionally i have occasionally had the same issues with Creapure but I've worked out that ifI don't take it with coffee and always with a little food everything is good. The best allocade I can give Creapure is I will be ordering some more once my present supply has run out. I highly recommend LLS for all your health supplements.

The creatine itself seems ok and mixes well enough, but the user experience really lets it down. The powder is extremely fine and ends up everywhere—it puffs out of the tub when you scoop it, and sticks to surfaces like dust. The included scoop is poorly designed and awkward to use, which leads to a lot of spillage and waste. Would be great if they improved the packaging and scoop to make daily use less frustrating.

I’ve noticed a real boost in my strength and endurance since I started taking creatine. It mixes well with water or shakes and has no taste. Great for supporting muscle recovery and performance. Definitely a must-have in my workout routine.
