This is THE perfect Maomao wig! It definitely has that “cosplay shine”—definitely not matte, but the color is spot on (and gorgeous). The bangs are true to the character, but the blunt bangs were too long (went way past my eyes) and I didn’t want to risk cutting it, so I had to part them down the middle. I’m a novice at wigs so there was some user error and a lot of frustration for me in keeping it from sliding up and off, but my husband helped me figure it out in the end. Overall a great wig! Might be tricky for beginners like myself, but perfect for a pro, I’m sure 😊 Keeping this for future use!

Absolutely a perfect fit for my 5 year old granddaughter. She was Ariel, the Little Mermaid, for Halloween. Super fit, great quality, decent price. Would highly recommend!

Looks great and is a good thickness

So I would classify my head size as 'average'- when I buy a wig, I usually don't have to tighten it too much with the straps on the inside, and it fits pretty well without too much squeezing on my head. This one is definitely smaller than average- I couldn't even hook the elastics into the loosest loop. As a result, it wasn't the most comfortable wig I've ever worn. That said, the wig itself is pretty good. Like most wigs with bangs, you'll need to trim them to your own facial proportions, but I also found that I needed to take a lot of mass out of the 'sideburn' longer bang pieces at the side of the face. They came in like halfway across my eyes lol After trimming those around and proper, the wig worked great! The wefts for the top part of the wig are sewn in so that the half-ponytail gathers well, though the spots near the ears can be a little weird depending how tight you pull it. The pigtails take styling well, the length of the pigtails is good, and the color is spot on for Maomao. Overall, for the price this wig is pretty great! Just... beware if you have a large head. Then this likely won't work.

As a cosplayer, this is a really good wig !!. I cut it wrong, so that's on me. But it's really thick!, easy to crimp as well and style. There's really nothing bad to say about it honestly, id recommend this maomao wig out of all the other ones I've seen.

This is such a great wig!! My daughter stylized it so I could be Ariel, but said it took less than 30 minutes. It stayed on very nicely and I got a lot of compliments! Very thick hair.Definitely worth the price!

There is no natural top or part to this wig. The hair itself is nice and the color is nice. Very soft and pretty. The bangs are so thick it take a LOT of the thickness away from the rest of the length. It won’t work for an actual Ariel wig. No natural part is a deal breaker.

One of the best wigs I’ve ever order I have yet to use it for a convention/long period of time. It’s doesn’t get tangled a lot and it is the perfect length though you will most likely have to trim the bangs down.

I bought this for my daughter who loves anything Anime… the quality is amazing! The material is super soft and smooth, very easy to work with… only thing was the character it was designed for has little beads at the bottom of her hair, so maybe just an oversight from the makers, but big enough a deal that it upset my daughter! Otherwise this is a great product! 10/10
