It lathers really good if you wet your hair thoroughly. Sometimes you have to lather - rinse - repeat. It will always lather really good the second time.

Q: Can this be used for natural brunette hair?

Yes. I’m natural brunette and it has kept my hair dark for years. It isn’t a hair dye but it does enhance the color
