Good and Comfortable chair
Good back support and posture, it's very easy to assemble, Good value for money, I can sit for 4 hours continuously without any problem

Brand seems good but seller is a cheat.
As already mentioned by many buyers, the seller is a worthless one. Do not buy and stay away from this seller.Packaging was lose and open. Material received was without thermocol and packing. Everything was rattling in the box when my guard received it. If I would have been present, I would have returned it straight away.The chair metal parts had signs of damage everywhere and it looked as if a used item was shipped to me. I desperately needed the chair so I am not returning it, because returns to a third-party seller on Amazon are another big headache.The chair looks good and sturdy but lumbar support is sort of non existent. The headrest is adjustable but the setting does not seem to stick. Fitting tool like the L-N key supplied was not proper size and I had to borrow from a friend to assemble the chair.The brand is good and I would recommend to buy the chair after physically seeing it from an official store or offline. Delivery of heavy items sucks on Amazon.

Nice, comfortable chair with some quality issues
The media could not be loaded. Chair is comfortable and has good coushioning with ergonomic back support.Problem is with the chair handle. These are bit loose and with proper fitting. If this issue is occurring within a month of use then I doubt it can be used in long run.Edit 1: Greensoul team reached out to address the issue. They requested for an video. On examine this they call it a feature and they can not do anything to address this.As per greensoul, chair with 4D adjustment of arm rest comes with the this much wobbling.I really liked they are looking into the problems faced by customers. But to me this look like in the name of feature they want to go away with the quality issue in the product.

One of the best mesh chairs
I had previously zodiac pro and after using this the quality has improved than zodiac also the materials used in this one is better for the price you pay. The seating posture and comfort is one of the best in this price. Definitely would recommend this.

Good quality with wrong description
Chair is of good quality but it lacks seat depth adjustment which is mentioned in the description. So reduced 2 star for lying:)

Horrible chair and horrible customer care service you can’t resolve anything a technician visit is gonna cost you and the cushion of the chair is horrible if you’re a plus size person just a disgusting and horrible brand don’t ever buy this.
