Good plants, good soil, good pot, good packaging
I've got three of these so far, for a forest planting, and they are really good value. The came securely packed, the soil was high grade, the pots are solid and have good drainage, and the trees are nicely grown and in good health. The best mail-order trees I've seen at this price point.

looks nice, but died before its time
This was a birthday present for my son, looked nice for a few months then leaves dropped off and it died, a year on it is just a dead tree. Complete waste of time and money, dont bother with buying this.

Lovely lil bonsai
Absolutely in love with this Bonsai. Arrived very quickly which meant I wasn’t eagerly waiting at the door for the delivery for too long. Great condition. Perfect accompaniment to my ever growing indoor garden. Some of the leaves are turning green which I’m not sure is supposed to happen? Would have been nice to have some care instructions included.

Not like advertised.
The media could not be loaded. The tree came very well and securely packaged.It however looked nothing like the images on the listing. The pot wasn’t the same, the colour of the leaves, there was broken branches and doesn’t look to be pruned into a nice bonsai shape. Was also smaller than expected but not massively.Gifted to my husband for fathers day and he was pleased with his gift from our children however, only time will tell if this will flourish like our other bonsai.It is an outdoor tree and has got some more colour in the leaves since having some sunlight, but the leaves are very much still mottled green colour.Not sure I would purchase again in all honesty but it has been received with thanks.

Nothing like the photo, twig with a couple
Bought this as a gift for a dear friends birthday. Turned up and looked like a twig with a few sparse leaves. Returned and received a refund without any problems.

Disappointed - Arrived very damaged
I'm rather disappointed by this sorry looking bonsai that arrived this morning.Overall it looks to be a beautiful tree and I was really looking forward to its arrival. From all the great pictures and reviews I expected a very nice leafy bonsai, but mine arrived damaged (even though the box was intact) with more branches in the box than on the tree.
