Waste of time and money.
Mine took two weeks to arrive, so be ready to be without your spa for a while. Also, be aware that rather than wrapping the threads with Teflon tape, they just tossed a roll of cheap Teflon tape in the box with it. Without Teflon tape on the threads, it leaks. If you buy this, throw out the cheap Teflon tape and get some good Teflon tape. Next, NOTE the orientation of the sensor within the housing, and carefully unscrew the sensor. Wrap the threads (counterclockwise of course), then carefully reassemble the unit. Then install.After that, if you have my experience, you will still have a flow error code, but if you bypass this switch, the code vanishes and the spa starts heating. This switch was defective. Too bad I cannot give it zero stars.

Check factory installation first
Switch works fine, which had known it was assembled without Teflon tape. As it leaked. I guess I assumed it would be water tight at the factory connection

Terrible quality!!
The media could not be loaded. Product leaks due to poor quality plastic. The lines are tight and have the same quality clamps. Company/Amazon will not ship a replacement until the old one is returned. This policy will extend my downtime as a result from this poor quality product. This issue will now waste 100’s of gallons of water and potentially damage other parts of my hot tub from the leaking water.

Plastic broke off within days
The top connector of the plastic tubing broke off within 24 hours of installation. Poor quality.
