I have been using this for one year now before this tea. I would take so many things to try to fall asleep medications gummy‘s sleep aids everything cough cough medicine nothing would help me sleep. I tried two of these teabags certainly did not think they would work oh my God I now order it constantly you have two teabags and with a little lemon and honey the taste is amazing. You go right to sleep within 15 minutes. It’s not a joke. It’s amazing.

The tea taste very good so I give it five stars. That's said it does not help with sleep. I've ordered it many times because of the taste but never felt it working like medicine. For my needs I consider this a plus because I was afraid to drink it at first. Again this is my experience maybe for other people It works like sleep medicine so they need to take the same precautions while taking it.

I love all of the Twinings tisane products. They have much better flavor than Celestial Seasons or Bigelow tisanes.

Excellent taste Very relaxing

The tea itself is yummy. But I paid $28 for a "Pack of 6" and they only sent me ONE box. And then they removed "contact seller" options from my order screen. WTH? Most expensive tea in existance. I am really upset. Maybe I should drink some of this tea.
