This was ordered accidentally. Didn’t notice it wasn’t the OG.To my noses, the scent is very masculine with a hint of sweet vanilla. If a man were to walk by me wearing this, I’d definitely take a double look. Haha!Long lasting and creates a great sillage.Can’t compare this to the OH as I haven’t smelled it.

The fragrance is not for me, it is very leathery/peppery. But the delivery and the cost were perfect

Impression after test spraying on paper. More on masculine side. The pepper notes were really overpowering at first, then it’s faded into a woody-smoky-almost oud smelling scent. Don’t smell vanilla at all. I expected this to be more sweet and light. If this smells like the raved YSL Babycat (the notes are almost the same), I’m glad I didn’t spend >$300 on it because I wouldn’t like it. Will updated once I give it a try on bare skin.Update after trying on skin. I sprayed only once in several spots on my arms. 9+ hrs later I can still detect faded scent. For the first hour though I almost wanted to wash the smell off because it was so heavy and intense, then it’s faded and started reminding me of CD Fève Délicieuse. Interesting scent. I can’t stop smelling my arms now. I may have to spray it on clothes and wear them an hour after spraying to get the spillage and formula, as well as longevity right. I would give 4.5 stars if there were half ratings. Not quite 5 for me (at least not yet)

Smells like Babycat by YSL. Very nice fragrance and good alternative for much less money. The spray did stick a few times but it wasn't a big deal. I just wish it had a smoother sprayer.

An influencer raved about this perfume and YSL Babycat has been on my list to try. She said this is inspired by Babycat, and the price point was great, I figured, why not. This was a hell no for me. Smells to woody and spicy for me.

I gave this perfume about two weeks to mature before forming a final opinion on it. It is strong, but that's not necessarily a good thing. The black pepper and leather notes are very prominent, and they do not complement the vanilla note well. This fragrance does not seem well-blended and I don't see myself wearing it. Perhaps it will get better with time but, as of now, it's not worth the hype. If it gets considerably better, I will update my review. I did not receive the free perfume sample shown in the picture.Update: It's several weeks later and the spiciness seems to have mellowed out a bit and I can now detect more of the vanilla. Still, I do not see myself wearing this fragrance on its own. I would prefer to blend it with another creamy, sweet scent to mellow out the pepper notes. If you like spicy leathery scents, then you'll probably like this.Update (May 19, 2024): I just tried it again. It does seem to have improved over the few months of letting it sit and mature. While I can detect more of the vanilla and leather notes now, the pepper notes are still quite strong. It smells quite good in the dry down. I'll admit I don't know what the original smells like so my review is based off of what my nose detects and likes, but I have tried several dupes of it and this one is just too spicy for me. Perhaps it emulates the original well, and that's why many people love it. I tend to not be the biggest fan of YSL perfumes because they tend to play up the spicy notes a lot, but I hope my review is helpful to some people.

Smells exactly like YSL, babycat! Trust me, y'all, this is the best dupe I have ever smelled. I'll definitely buy it again when I finish. OMG!

This is for an experienced nose!! It’s sultry it’s sexy it’s so good!! It’s not your regular vanilla , it is deep and Smokey with a leather (saffron) note. It’s addicting! THIS IS NOT A BLIND BUY, I repeat THIS IS NOT A BLIND BUY!! It is very polarizing!! I’m already on the way to a BUB and I got it a month to wear for fall!! I can’t put it down!!!
