Everything is good, worth for 83k, I was purchased 24 gb Ram 500gb ssd, i7 13650HX veriant, everybody absurve on bezel display it's not a OLED display it's IPS LCD display but it's also good colours

I trusted the brand and perceived it to be robust, thus purchased it. With in few months of below normal usage, Motherboard burnt ( as informed by service centre)This is not what I expected from a laptop costing almost a Lac rupees that too from a brand like lenovo.God knows how would this machine respond in case I would use it heavilly as its meant to be used.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using it for more than 3 weeks and here is the reviewPerformance:Its a very very powerful machine i have used it for very highly intensity tasks and it doesn't disappoint at allI have also tested some games like gta 5, resident evil 3 and last of us and the rtx 4060 doesn't disappoint at all(and the fact that 3 months xbox subscription comes with this laptop) it gives a very good performanceI would also like to address the temperature point while playing games the temperature rises alot and fans run on a very high speed and it generally makes a little noise but its the same for all the gaming pc and obviously we have to play while connecting it to the chargeThe battery issue:Battery backup is not very good and i personally was not expecting good battery backup cause it has a 4060 in it. It consumes so much battery, while playing games when gpu is at full potential it generally goes from 100 to 0 in less than 1 hour but when you are not doing some very powerful tasks its goes for like 2 hrsI haven't faced any issues yet from this laptop should buy it or not?:overall its a very value for money deal(maybe the best in this price range with intel) for someone who wants a very very powerful beast for highly intensive tasks and gaming

All over good laptop with great specs , only battery life is poor , other wise it's a beast

Very good quality gaming laptop. It offers a very high performace and good battery life.

1. Waise hamlog hx wala processor le rahe to battery life ni milta jada ye sabko pata hai agar battery life chahiye to low processor lelo.2. Sound quality maine ye dekha hai ki eska sound mere mobile se bhi thoda low hai lol baki users headphone use karte hai lekin agar cooler ke samne Bina headphone ke use ni kar payoge.3. Heat level ki baat kare to India me heat bahut hota hai lekin agar esko ac ya cooler ke samne use karoge ya thanda jagha me to heat ni hota outer se and inner ke liye eska fan on ho jata hai.4. Baki Sab mast hai like functionality, sturdiness jaa sakte ho eske liye lekin esko ek pc ke jaise he dekh sakte ho kyu ki bina battery ke use ni kar payoge jada time Tak baki heavy work karna hai to best hai value for money hai.

I got this laptop and was using it as I got the windows 11 update after updating it and the laptop restarted the laptop got not working so I contacted the customer service for refund or the replacement they gave me a lenovo brand side inspection and they also gave the a fake report that they reslove this issue for 2 times there are not giving me a proper response or resolution on this problem.till now issue is not done it has been 10 days.DON'T TRUST AMAZON.Now there are saying that there will again a investigation if the investigation there will not be a refund it seems it costs around 72kWhat is the customer service. Who is responsible for this issue the lenovo brand who the product or amazon who gave the product
