for me this is an effective gum worth buying. it does what i want it to do. i have bought several times.

Weird flavour. Sticks to ones teeth. I ise other natural gums and this is worse. Not buying again.

If you like mint flavor you will like this gum. The energy I get from this gum is much stronger than another brand of 50mg caffeine I’ve tried. It wakes me up! The only downside to this gum is that there’s not enough gum to chew on after the semi-liquidy center is gone.

I’ve tried at least 10 different brands of caffeine gum and this is by far the worst. Product immediately disintegrates in your mouth and has a horrible flavor. I can’t believe they are marketing this product as “gum.” It leaves maybe a pea sized amount of tasteless chewable material after 10 seconds in mouth. Look elsewhere; there are many other superior options.Product looked promising so I went ahead and bought the 6-pack. Big mistake. After trying just one piece I’m left with a ton of unopened product that I’ll never use and can’t return.

This has helped me focus on certain things and doesn’t taste bad.

Purchased in lieu of Rev extra strength caffeinated gum, temporarily unavailable. I usually chew 2 pieces of Rev for the amt of caffeine I need, but 4 pieces of Sustain required for same dose. Yet, after only about a minute of chewing, the chewable material in my mouth has markedly reduced, albeit inconsistently, sometimes to the point of unchewability; a wad of gum the size of a raisin, from four pieces.Each pkg seems to contain 13 pieces rather than the 12 indicated. Even chewing 5 pieces (every third day), an unconscionably small amount of gum is left after only a minute or so.I am not purchasing this product again. Sorry, but you asked.

Popped the first piece into my mouth and everything was ok but a few seconds into chewing a weird taste coalesced at the rear roof of my mouth. I only chewed it for a minute or two before deciding it was too gross and spit it out.I wasn’t too tired when I chewed it so I can’t comment on the effectiveness yet.

I love this caffeine gum. It is a great alternative to drinking coffee all day. I also use it as a substitute for caffeinated gels as a running energy supplement.
