It's a Dell Dude
I just got this laptop and so far it's working perfectly. The most power and storage for four hundred dollars that I could find and it's a Dell!Touchscreen is responsive, Bluetooth is a breeze to set up and use(the onboard speakers sound good too), the picture's bright and clear. In about an hour I had the Inspiron I5558 running with my favorite apps installed and burned a music CD for my daughter to play in her car.Very cool!

So far, so good
Early review: So far I enjoy this laptop. I got upgraded to the CoreI5 processor by the company I bought this from, yet for the price I really think it's a good 'value' laptop. Overall, the laptop is very thin and isn't as bulky as my older HP laptop. It comes with the chrome/aluminum look as the protective cover on the outside. The speakers are placed at the bottom of the laptop. It comes with three USB ports, 1 HDMI, SD slot, power plug on the left, headphone jack, and internet/network port. The keyboard: It lights up, which I find to be helpful. It also comes with a full numeric keypad. However, the buttons do feel a little weird but it's pretty good.Mouse/Touchpad - It has a line to split the left click and right click but it all runs in the same form. I wish they were separate but many any more are no longer set up that way.Lacks Optical drive - This is becoming more and more standard.Volume - The volume on this isn't horrible. I find that the sound is a little uneven across the board. On some of the lower settings it doesn't seem like it gives much volume at all but as you turn it up it gets louder in a disproportionate rate to what you would think.Windows 10 comes equipped and I like it much better than what I did to Windows 8. They went back to a form that I think most people enjoy a little more than when everything was an application. I do find the startup to Windows 10 to be slower, a little unsure why that is the case.Overall I feel that for the value you're going to get beyond a Chromebook. You're going to sacrifice many things but for the price, it's a good buy.

Great laptop
I've had this product for over a year now and so far so good. My girlfriend and I purchased this laptop mainly for her schoolwork. She's a nursing student and it does its job. I take it to work at times, it's light and seems durable. We haven't had any issues with the touchscreen so far. Processor is quick and I haven't experienced any freezing or lagging issues. Very happy with my purchase.

Great battery life, light, and user friendly
When our family desktop reached its time (having it for 12+ years), it was time for a new computer that would be able to handle mom's creative endeavors and meet her criteria. Dell is well known for making good computers and that still stands with the Inspiron family. It can last about 7 hours off the charger, and is light and user friendly. Great having a touch screen since we've been using primarily tablets since the desktop.

Decent laptop for the price
I should say that this is very decent laptop under 500$. The laptop is very powerful for an average user who use laptop for browsing, watching online videos and working on document. It can also handle other heavy weight applications like photoshop but I haven't tried that out.+ 1 TB HDD provides a lot of room to room store a huge volume of data+ Touch screen is awesome, I am getting used to my first touch screen laptop+ Display quality is very good+ Excellent sound qualityPeople like me who love watching movies online will definitely fall in love with the quality of display & sound.+ Conformable keyboard+ Comes with Windows 10.It's just matter for 10-15 minutes to personalize the laptop+ 8 GB memory allows me to multi task without any lag (I purchased 8GB version of the laptop)- Laptop heats up after using it for couple of hours. I never had this problem with my previous laptop.(Thermal design could be better)- Battery life could be better

The laptop was great for a while
The laptop was great for a while. I purchased it mostly for travel purposes. I maybe use it once a week. I left for a trip this past weekend and now the charging port is not working. There should be a better warranty or return policy for larger electronic items like these. I am now left with a laptop that will not charge, has to be plugged in constantly if I do use it, and when its plugged in, if I accidentally bump the cord in the slightest bit.. it completely shuts down on me and I have to wiggle the cord just to be able to turn it back on again. Extremely frustrating and a waste of money.

Great Laptop
This computer is great. It is everything the seller said. There is one problem that has nothing to do with the seller. That problem is Windows 10. I could go on and on about how much I hate Windows 10, but this seller shouldn't be held responsible for that. I would recommend this seller and this laptop.

Alright computer for the price.
Works okay for my personal home/entertainment use. It can be VERY slow starting up at times but once it is on and going it doesnt lag too much. Also, once it a while it will suddenly go into sleep mode in the middle of what i am doing for no apparent reason. Might be something to do with a setting or something, not really sure. But when I get it turned back on nothing is closed or interrupted. Mostly just annoying and inconvenient. Other than that it's a good computer. I believe I have had it about a year now.
