DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON YOUR COMPUTER
VIRUSES IN THEIR DRIVERS. The divers that the manufacture (official website) provides via link is infiltrated with viruses, malware, and RANSOMWARE. I checked this on a popular online scanning site and it reported the following (see attachment).

Not compatible with full Toyota Techstream functionality.
I bought this to program keys and key fobs for my 2013 Toyota RAV4. The vehicle connects to TechStream, but this adapter isn’t compatible with all of the functionality Techstream offers. I wasn’t able to program my keys or key fobs, and had to return the adapter. If you’re looking for full Techstream functionality, get a cable that specifically says “Mini VCI.”

Works just fine with HDS
It works !Fully updated HDS it connects just fine. Don’t forget to download the driver.It also comes with its own software. I did not test it.

Perfect for use with Techstream!
Ordered this to replace the adapter I lost for talking to my Prius with Techstream. So far it works great, helped me diagnose a bad fuel pump recently and saved me about $1000 vs having a shop diagnose and replace it. Very easy to use and super happy with this!
