I take magnesium supplements to help ease my muscle spasms and pain. i read that if it applied topically, it absorbs better. This oil had great reviews so I purchased it. Although it says it is an oil, it is not greasy, nor does it leave a stain. I applied the oil to my legs and the bottom of my feet. I didn't notice anything the 1st night, but after using it for a couple weeks, I can now say that my muscle spasms have decreased and the pain in my legs has become less frequent. I have and will continue to use the oil daily

It really works. I sprayed a couple sprays on my feet and rub the oil in. I say within half hour I felt relaxed and ready for bed. I would advise using a moisturizer if you notice dryness. My hands ( cuz I literally rubbed my feet with the oil) and feet felt like I was in the ocean. Ya know that salty feeling from the beach? But I definitely can contest it does as it says!

I take magnesium pills every night before bed but I have heard that it absorbs better when you apply it topically. This magnesium oil is amazing! I apply it before bedtime & can feel the effects in no time. (Sleepiness) I love that this is derived from the Dead Sea and is 100% natural. Great product!

I am a bias reviewer for this product because I hve very bad problems sleeping, so I have not really dare to try it without my sleeping pills. That’s why I put 4Stars. I can say that even thought feels like their is no smell, when I use it I feel a very soft smell that gives me a sense of tranquility. I like how it feels in my skin, and I do sleep maybe a little deeper when I use it. It is not greasy, I drop a little on the bed and the bed sheets did not absorbed so it is awesome, it came well packed and the pump works very good.

I have read that magnesium penetrate through skin, so I tried this product. It is an "oil" product, but it is not greasy at all. My skin just drinks it up and I feel more like a hydrating lotion. I am an avid tennis/pickleball player and my legs are always sore. I use this after the shower and I feel relaxed and I think it has been helping with my sore muscle. Sometimes I combine with epsom salt bath (again magnesum) and it feels so nice.

I am an operating room nurse who stands on my feet pretty much all day long. So I have enjoyed applying this to my feet and calves right before bed. I love the silky feel (not greasy at all). It soaks right into my skin and makes relaxing at bedtime a little easier!! Definitely a product I will continue to order.

I have been using this Dead sea magnesium oil for about a week before bed.It helps me to sleep much better throughout the night with joints and muscle pain.The only thing I have trouble with its a bit sticky to the touch after it sets on my skin especially on the bottom of my feet.I'd recommend this product to all my family and friends.

Giving it four stars because I love that it's all natural! I have used this a few times now and I don't see any huge improvements with restless legs and I don't really like the sticky residue it leaves behind.
