Another must have if you're doing an animal defense/adaptations unit. Great pictures that engage the reader, and the non-fiction text features help students who are in the transition of learning-to-read moving towards reading-to-learn.

Not only is the frog on the cover not a poison dart frog, but only 3 species out of 250 of poison dart frogs are actually deadly. This book is kind of misleading.
