I used to buy this product then went off it for awhile. The product is still good, no complaints there. My problem is the useless pill dispenser that they are now including with EVERY bottle. Between my husband and I using a bottle of this every month that will amount to 24 plastic dispensers completely wasted. More plastic to be recycled or as is likely with many....thrown in the trash

Having a clean liver is extremely important it may not seem worth it to buy multiple vitamins sometimes but it'll be worth it if it's saving yourself from doctor visits in extreme health problems in the future. Everything in our body is connected and taking these will help keep your liver healthy and help you from going to the bathroom too much
