I was a little worried this wouldn’t work, however it is half the price of other bike leash set ups, so I took a chance and it works well for my dog and I! Set up was easy and I attached a petbobi Bungee Dog Leash instead of the second straight leash for an extra spring like action when my dog pulls! I thought the Velcro main leash would come apart easily and I was wrong! It holds the bungee leash snug without any need for adjustments. I have my leash on the right side to keep my dog out of traffic and more to the shoulder of the road to follow the laws here and keep my dog safe away from cars. I use a second leash and collar still as a back up like others use on other products just in case of any unexpected things happening. The main rod does have the versatility to be mounted with the spring facing up or down. I faced mine up to push my dog out more because he likes to run with his head near the pedal which is why I bought this product to prevent myself from running him over. I am very satisfied with the safety this product gives me while exercising my dog, I am now able to have both hands on the handle bars with my fingers resting on the brakes!

I hooked this up to my trike and it worked beautifully. My dog loves being able to run. Lot’s of times he ends up pulling me.

Works well and the dog loves it! The seat clamp bolts don't allow it to stay in one place but it's easy enough to push it back. I'd like to see a quick connect option for the main part that attaches to the seat post.

The "D" ring was not attached to the second strap properly, hense the flimsy Velcro strap tore and our dog was free.This item, consisting of two straps is connected by one solid "D" ring. Not a serviceable item. If properly assembled this separation should never have occurred. We need a nylon strap and "D" ring assembly correctly manufactured.Follow up: was told by supplier that we would be getting a "new and improved" strap, but that was almost 3 months ago. Not good follow up, still waiting

So this product is perfect for a wild crazy dog like I have. I have a German Shepherd mix Husky and we take her on 2 long walks and it's not enough. Please put some type of paw protection on your dog paws. Mt dog scrape the bottom skin of her paws because she wanted to mark her scent

I was looking for a way that my dog can get more exercise without me having to run and hurt my joints and I found the perfect tool. Now he actually gets to run as much as he wants right next to me while I ride my bike. I always have one of my hands on the break just in case he tries to get too close to the wheel but for the most part he knows how to keep his distance. It didn't take long for him to get the hang of it being that the upper bar helps keep him stay far enough from the bike to avoid any friction. On the first run I had to triple wrap the leash on the bar because the hook at the top has a slight opening where the leash actually slipped out, thankfully he stopped to pee on a tree and I was able to hook him back on again. It's been about 3 weeks and I've taken him out with "triple wrappig it" for at least 5 to 6 times and it hasn't come off. Over all pretty good quality for the price, easy to install and use, I had to lift up my seat a little higher for it to fit. But works well with 100% of bikes and looks good.

I was looking for a way to attach my small dog (12 pounds) to my Rollator Walker for short walks around my cull de sac. I have some balance issues and need the walker when I am outside. Please note that my dog is not reactive to other animals and has good leash manners so he never pulls suddenly. Walking him on a standard leash while using my Rollator spooked him a bit. This attachment solved the issue beautifully and kept him a safe distance from the moving walker. The best part is that it detaches from the walker when I am not walking him. Love it!
