This brand of Spirulina powder is a good option if you ar enot fond of having tablets. It has a decent amount of protein and iron and has good anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties. Make sure you don't take more than doctor recommended amounts.

The only challenging thing to consume this is it's smell. There is no taste to it.Generally I mix it with Hot water in morning to start my day.Tip: While drinking don't breathe / smell and if you do, you might throw up like me.I tried my best to finish the packet as I have spent some money but in the end I quit after 5 days as I cannot tolerate the smell and the feeling to consume something which I don't like. ( Not that much determined I guess haha)Instead of getting nausea feeling everyday in the morning by trying to consume this, I might look in to other food option for protein intake. Actually I don't want to give them any star but I Have to give one star so that my review should be posted successfullyPlease Read This Before Buy This Product. I am a vegetarian person. I ordered this product right 4-5 days ago. Before I Bought This I Just know that sprulina is used to for satisfying over bodies needs ( it completes our body fiber and also helps in purifying bloods as our body needs green vegetables for fulfilling our blood circulation process.) But When I Consumed this for second time get 100% Sure it contains eggs. For those who are vegetarians never go this product. I just brought it because it was certified from USDA. But those whose selling they just manupilate it by name USDA. Actually This Company is from USDA But This specific product is not from their site. So please to buy this product.
