I buy many products from Yaffa. I have purchased both Direct and from Amazon. I've seen a review talking about delivery but that really is an issue with Evri and not the product. I've luckily never had an issue and the customer service from Yaffa has always been excellent. The product itself is delicious. Some of the best Labneh I've found online to order in the UK. I will keep purchasing from Yaffa.

This is about the appalling customer service from Yaffa and the delivery by ELVI. I was in all day, even took in a parcel for my neighbours. EVri left the parcel in a 'shed' I don't have with no note to tell me where it was and didn't even knock the door. YAFFA has not replied to a complaint sent to Customer Services. Don't use.....I found it eventually but most of it went in the bin.
