Works great I sleep in it to help keep my face sculpted. It also helps to keep my mouth shut for better sleep without having to use my mouth tape. Comfy. I stretched the chin part a bit for a better fit but it’s good!

I tend to retain a lot of water in my face, and I can always tell in my lower, jawline and chin. Whenever I’m feeling extra puffy, I will use my gua sha and then put this mask on for a few hours. It does seem to help move out that extra built-up fluid. It’s actually comfortable to wear easy to adjust, and it didn’t leave lines on my face like I was afraid it would. This is not a double chin, eraser by any means, but if you do have extra fluid hanging around, it can help push it out in my experience.

They are okay no improvement seen in 2 months but may help slow down sagging skin time will tell 😉

These really are amazing things! Very comfortable to wear. I forget I'm wearing it! These are a gentle, effective way to lessen the appearance of jowls & turkey neck. I wear it overnight & it also helps me keep my mouth closed while I sleep. So it's serving more than one purpose. The velcro is strong. The material is thin, soft, stretchy. I also wear it during the day while I'm doing housework. The side holes go over your ears, the middle hole sits over your chin. I wear mine on the loose side & it's very effective without being overly tight. A great item to have in your beauty arsenal.
