Arrived very quickly!Only just started using it for a week and I’m noticing a difference!

Good product

Easy to use, clean exercise breather, good for fitness and well made.

This device has contradictory instructions. The box says to inhale through the mouth whereas the instruction leaflet says to in hale through the nose. I’d imagine inhaling through the mouth is the correct way to obtain any possible benefit from the device. Exhaling through the mouthpiece provides a sensation similar to blowing up a balloon. Inhaling through it is similar but the opposite. I imagine this must have some positive effect on the muscles involved in breathing as it requires more effort than normal breathing.I found that breathing in and out through the device for any length of time led to saliva build up that was then blown out through the device, not a great experience. Also using the device is very loud so you wouldn’t want to use it anywhere in public. I may use it occasionally at home and see if I seem to get any benefit from it.

Easy to use and can adjust the resistance by a simple twist. Can be disassembled by gently pulling apart, making it easy to clean. Good lung exerciser for home use

I'm not a fan of this device whatsoever, it seems like a gimmick. It's advertised for athletes, but doesn't meet the demand or standards or ergonomics.It's very uncomfortable to keep in the mouth, and forces you to mouth breathe, which is contrary to fitness principles. Saliva also collects in the mouth guard, which is unhygienic and a hinderance.The device does provide levels of resistance, but it's also obnoxiously noisy, you could never use it in the gym, it would be a bother to the other gym goers.I also feel that it compels you to breathe unnaturally and disturbs your performance in a bad way, preventing you from proper posture and the right form in running, jogging and other exercises.

This is surprisingly easy to use, particularly if you work from home, just stick it in for 10 minutes and twist the dial to give your desired resistance. Now how well this actually strengthens lungs I've not looked into, but the product itself definitely works as intended and it's comfortable to wear for a good amount of time with the soft rubber grips in the mouth.

Good quality breathing device, ideal for helping to strengthen the lungs, good for training, and building up stamina. Works well. Highly recommended.
