Quick dissolving. Very faint taste makes it easy to mix in with a drink and take. I’m able to give to my kids with their milk and I love that!

Horrible. Oily, fishy. I can't do it ..not even with orange juice... 🤮 I do not recommend.

Not sure if it can be external use (I rubbed it on my arms as skin care) but it smells great, adding a couple of drops into my cocktails this weekend and see how it works.

This product is extremely helpful in soothing my dry eye condition. I take one dose every morning.
