I have a 37 inch waist and a size XL fits perfectly. The front pouch is actually large enough for a man. Fabric material is very silky feeling. All seams and side strap chain connections seem to be sewn well. Hopefully may more colors of fabric and chain colors will be offered eventually. Beaded side connectors would be super sexy as well.

Size runs small and does not have any give.

I bought these thinking they would be more of a novelty item and just for looks, however, much to my surprise they are very comfortable. The chain stretches and does not dig into your skin at all. I hardly even know I am wearing them. Not quite as elastic as normal material, but close. I have already ordered my second pair. Two colors to choose from as well.
