Very nice quality shoes, matches product description. Leather is soft and supple, takes good shine, heel is solid and strong. Little difficult to put the feet in (shoe horn recommended) but once it is zipped, has a very snug feeling. Only for people with narrow feet, if feet are large it might not be easy to slip in.

I’m suffocating, unable to walk and leather quality was not matched to expectation. My actual size is 8, but while wearing it’s like 6. Unable to wear. Not worthy for this money. Looking good

Comfortable and value for money product

I wanted to return the shoes due to size issue, the return was cancelled by saying customer has refused but I never refuse the return. The size is small and I am not even wearing these shoes, please schedule a return date and time.

Good product, but unfortunately doesn’t fit as it is narrow. Request to replace with wider one or else return and refund be initiated

As I opened the box of these shows all my exictement was gone to drain. Never in my life saw such poor quality shoes and If I see them in market will never go close to them for even seeing the product. Never going to recommend anyone to buy from Lozano. Very disappointed.
