Installation was simple. Now I have to assume that it will filter my water real good. I’ve been using this kind of filter for a couple years now and everything seems OK.

I bought this to replace a Brita filter I'd been using. Easy install, the water tastes even cleaner. But I took one star off for no other reason than the filter didn't even make it TWO WEEKS AND A HALF WEEKS before needing to be replaced (instead of the three months the post advertises).In all fairness, I do live in NYC and while our water is "safe enough to consume", it's not the cleanest water on the planet. Rain water is cleaner. I removed the filter when I noticed the water water pressure from it was low and this thing was black as deep space. With my previous filter (that I changed every 30 days), it'd be dark brown but not BLACK. I cannot say if the filter is faulty or if NYC water has gotten worse than it already is, but I'm betting it's the latter. Which isn't the fault of the product; it's doing the job it was designed to do. But if you live in a major city with "drinkable" water, be prepared to change it more often. It's good that these filters come 3 in a pack, but the cost will eventually add up.That said, this is great if you need an affordable filter that does the job of filtering water, at minimum. But if you live in a major city, I'm gonna recommend you invest in an under-sink filter like I am and call it a day.

I purchased the replacement pack during PRIME week just to stock up. My water has a ton of lime and calcium. This water purifiers is the best!! My water taste amazing and no residue.

I'm very pleased with this water filter and the replacement cartridges. They're easy to install, last for a good long time, and greatly improve the quality of my tap water. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my WaterDrop faucet filter, and they do last, they do the job they should and are a real good value for the money.I am ordering more right now, but the last ones I bought were in 2018, and I only have to change them out about every 3-4 months, which make them a great value for the money, to me.When I need to replace them, and do, the old one, really looks like Muddy water was run through it and I have City Water, doesn't speak well for having to buy water from the city, does it?I really like them, and am buying more, to go with my filter as I just used my last one, and want to have them on hand for the next change.UPDATE:I am reordering these filters for the 4th time. The filter on the faucet is still working well and the filters only need to be changed out about once every third month, if our city water isn't too muddy. So I only change them as I need too and that is saving me more money, but helping us to filter our water too. I have to filter our water before putting it thru the Berkey Water Filter of the filters in the Berkey get too clogged up too fast and I have to back-flush too often. So I use these filters too. Saves us money, and saves our stomachs and our bodies too, from the nasty chemicals that are introduced into our water from the source, the CITY.I have owned other filters, but this one seems to be the best one for us, and I like the fact that it lasts longer than the other brands.
