Absolutely perfect - and super sturdy. I got them for Caramel apples, and although a lot of reviews for sticks for caramel apples went with 5 1/2" length, I opted for the 7" because I'm using humongous (super-size) apples. These are everything "they" say they are. Very strong, well finished with a good point that pierces the apple without any problem, but not sharp enough to hurt anyone. Extremely well finished - not a splinter in the group! And since I have such a supply now, I may have to try this City Chicken thing that everyone's writing about!

I was looking for a sturdier stick to make chocolate covered frozen bananas. These worked perfectly. They didn't have any loose fibers so I didn't have to worry that it would splinter off in my food. They held up perfectly with the weight of the banana, chocolate shell and sprinkles. I'm a very happy customer!

These sticks are best used on big apples. They are very strong but too long for a medium or small apple. They where perfect for tge apples I made. I also bling them out so the stood up beautifully! See picture.

I was very disappointed. The skewers are too thick for fruit and cheese kabobs. The ad didn’t include the size of the circumference of the product. The length is good so I gave them to my sister for homemade caramel apples so all was not lost.

I like the 7" length because you can stick them into an apple and still have room to hold, without getting your hands messy. These are sturdy sticks, there wasn't a lot of little pieces stripping off and it's a great value for the money.

This sticks where made to put your food on a stick. We did apples and they worked awesome. I won’t say the other part they remind me of I maybget in trouble Bad enough in the headline. Amazon can just delete that part if it doth offend

Excellent quality for making candy apples. They are also the perfect size for fitting the paper straws over them. My straws were a little bit longer than the sticks, so I just trimmed them.
