Seems to be fine
I have been using glucosamine for about 15 years. All types all brands all prices. I think I finally found something good in this particular product. It seems to help my knees much more than any other product that i've used. I won't say 100 % percent, but better than most. I guess you could say they are fairly big but i've swallowed much larger pills.

Pain free
I am a Truck driver OTR. About 4 months ago I started to feel some pain in my left knee. After some research I found out that I have inflammation in my left knee, it swollen up, the pain increased and it was difficult getting in and out of the Truck and car. I found this product online buy it and rest is history. Make sure you finish the whole bottle. I am pain free.
