A piece of metal flew across the highway and made several ugly cuts in the paint in our new car. This paint fixed it up beautifully. The color was perfect. It was easy to use.

Recently acquired this PARTS4EV 744/9744 Brilliant Silver Metallic Touch Up Paint kit for my E350.It's not easy finding touch-up paints for some imports or older cars at the local parts places so I was pleased to see this 944 code paint available at Amazon. The color match on the old E350 was quite good and with a little prep and effort, my end results were satisfactory. It can be tricky working with metallic paints because the metal flakes have to "lay" just right to match the factory paint.Like many touch-up paints, the PARTS4EV touch-up bottle includes a brush applicator as part of the cap. I prefer to use a tiny detail paint applicator that's more like a microscopic Q-Tip than a paint brush when touching up rock chips, but the brush will work for larger spots. There was an ample amount of paint included in the bottle to take care of all my neglected chips and still have some left to last me a while.When it comes to automotive paint, the end result really depends on the effort put in. This touch-up paint worked great on my GLB 250! It matched the Polar White color perfectly, and the chips and nicks are now barely noticeable. The application was smooth and easy, even for someone like me who’s not a pro. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a quick fix for minor paint damage!

I used it to touch up my car, which is black in color. Its top got hit with rock or something. The paint was off and got a bit rusty. I used this paint to cover it and protect it from rusting further. It worked.

Beware of lunar blue that color does not match at all, it’s a much lighter blue.

This paint matches well with the standard black paint from Mercedes. Had a couple small scratches and this helped cover them up. I wouldn't try to use it for large or very deep scratches but for small touch ups it is good. For the price you can't go wrong, 5/5 stars!
