My dogs love these. Very good for them too.

Wonderful, healthy, pure treat for my dachshunds. They go insane when I get the bag out, so they are a good training treat as well. The only drawback is that they are so expensive. I buy 5lbs of fresh chicken hearts from the butcher at the grocery store for a few bucks. My dogs also love those, and I give them the hearts raw (they are on a raw food diet with added vitamins). So I wish there was a way I could air-dry or freeze dry these.But for now I absolutely will buy these again. They have no smell and come out of the bag clean and dry, not greasy. And because they are so good for my babies, I will continue to buy them.

Great quality! No visible fat like others. Thin enough to be able to break small pieces off for my little one. Happily the other brand I had been getting was out of stock so I could come across, and then switch to this brand.

A note to the humans -- you can cut each up into 4-6 pieces -- kitchen shears are easier than a knife. Pups are just as happy with a small piece,

It stated that it was a pound before drying. What arrived was only 3.5 ounces, that means 7.5 ounces was all liquid? Maybe, but I really doubt it. I don't think they are sorting out 1 pounds at a time, drying them, them packing that one section. That would be crazy. But who am I to know exactly how they do/run their business.I just know it was ridiculous to pay $25.00 and recieve 3.5 ounces of lamb hearts.

I ordered these for both my dog and cats. As shown in the description’s photos these are definitely larger than a chicken heart. My miniature schnauzer had no problem eating these and he absolutely loved it. For my cats I cut the hearts up into smaller cat-sized bites. I have cut up freeze-dried organs in the past and some have been like cutting concrete. These duck hearts were easier to cut up (but not like butter). My cats went bonkers for these as well. I love that this company has sourced ducks from the US and the product is a single ingredient. The only reason I took off a star is because of what others have noted-this bag does not include 30-50 whole hearts. My bag had 21 pieces inside it and the majority of those were whole hearts. A few were partial to half pieces of heart. Had the seller been more accurate in the description I would have gladly given this product five stars.My Amazon rating system-Five stars-Great item. May have a minor flaw that does not detract from appearance or function.Four stars-Great item. Flaw or problem more noticeable. Or, price may be high for what it is.Three stars-Good item. Has a flaw/problem that requires more work than should be invested in a product.Two stars-May be a good item with work. Or, doesn’t work for me but may for someone else.One star-Nope. Doesn’t work for me and probably won’t for anyone else.

I was so excited to stumble upon this company. Not only have we been working on cleaning up our human food, but I began the quest to do the healthiest I could for our sweet dog. Since I make her own dog food, yes I'm one of those, I was trying to find a way to bring in organ meat to her diet. This was the perfect way and she loves them!Super happy to find this company. These chicken hearts are a hit with both the dogs and the cats. The dogs eat them whole, but we slice them into quarters for our kitties.
